Walks are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then they delete themselves.
The link a client can open stops working a day after the walk.
The WhatsApp message▸
What gets written when you tap Send. Edit it however you like.
{firstName} the owner's first name ·
{dogs} their pets on this walk ·
{link} the map link ·
{business} the business name
On a group walk each owner gets their own message, naming only their own pets.
Hide the ends of the route▸
Applied to every walk from its first position, which is the only moment it helps. You can
still change it for one walk while that walk is running.
This only changes what a client is sent. Your own archive and the GPX always keep the
whole walk, both ends included.
Which bookings are walks▸
Only these are offered on the main screen. A home visit or a meet and greet does not go
anywhere, so tracking one would show a dot parked outside a house.

Demo walk▸
A link you can send to somebody who is not a client yet, showing what they would get.
Record a walk, export it as a GPX, and upload it here. It plays itself back on the map.
What the demo says on the page. The hour you happened to record it is rarely the one to
show somebody.
The demo is trimmed the same as a real walk, so it shows the privacy off as well. Pick a
walk you do not mind strangers seeing.
Phone setup▸
This phone is the tracker. Start and Stop on the walk page start and stop its GPS, so
there is nothing to switch on separately.
The device ID, battery and permissions are all checked there, with a fix beside
anything that is not right. The strip at the top of the screen goes there too.
The phone's tracker is the BB Track app, which shows this page with the
tracker built in. Its own setup is inside it, under Settings, Phone setup: the device ID,
battery Unrestricted and location, each checked with a fix beside anything not right.
